The Blue Rose Cafe Set

Tip: Make sure you leave plenty of room between the objects, or you will create a traffic jam in you restaurant. Leave room in front of and behind the dining podium, or your sims will not be able to eat a sit down meal.

I recommend a program like Sim File Maid for sorting files into the correct folder, but if you do not have File Maid, follow these instructions:
Place the IFF files in your downloads folder.
Place the BMP, SKN, and CMX files in the skins folder.

This podium is now enabled for Old Town and Vacation.
