Are your Sims just to busy to train their own pets, or make a trip to Old Town to visit the pet trainer? Let the pet trainer come to you. The private pet trainer charges a flat fee of 300 Simoleons per visit.

Blue Christmas Tree and Santa Set
It'll be a blue, blue, blue, blue, blue, blue, blue, blue Christmas with this Christmas tree and Santa set. The set includes blue Christmas tree, blue Santa (a nice plump Santa, instead of a bear belly Santa), Santa controller and blue Christmas cookies (shown in picture at top of page), and silver presents. Just place the tree and cookies in the same room and Santa will appear a little after midnight and leave a gift for each of your Sims. The great thing about this tree is that it does not require your Sims to be in bed by a certain time, Santa will appear even if your Sims are watching TV in the same room. If you get a little impatient and can't wait for midnight to roll around, just click on the tree to generate a Santa...or two...or three.

Blue Christmas Santa Entertainer Phone Plug-In
Your little Simmies will be overjoyed with a visit from St. Nick himself. This Santa Clause was cloned from a Vacation Mascot, and has had new interactions added. Children will be able to talk to Santa, and give him a hug, entertain him, or brag to him, or even show him the spazz dance.
* Be sure to follow the placement instructions in the read me file, or your game may crash.
** To get rid of this Santa use the "move_objects on" cheat.
