Photo Plus 5 Photo Plus 5 is a free image editing program. There is no trial period or experation. You must register to use the program but registration is free. There is also a "full" version. The cost for the full version is $1.00 and the difference is that the full version supports GIF and TIFF formats. Download from the Serif web site.

Sim Camera Sim Camera is a screenshot utility, very handy for webmasters and designers, that captures screen shots, and saves them into a specified folder with the click of one button. Download from Caro's site

Sim Photo Tailor This is a nifty little program that edits the Sim's Photo Album. No html knowledge needed, and no need to go into the game. Change the picture captions, rearrange the images, or just use this program to view your albums from outside of the game! Download the program at from JGB Productions

SimNiser SimNiser is a handy program with two main functions. First it can retrieve your lost serial numbers. Second it is a neighborhood manager that allows you to add, move, switch or delete neighborhoods, and change the active neighborhood. Download from the SimNiser home page.
